A Complete Top to Bottom Inspection of the Home - Roof, Gutters & Downspouts, Vents, Chimneys, Foundation, Structure, Drainage, Attic, Insulation & Ventilation, Flashings, Soffit & Fascia, Windows & Doors, Exterior surfaces, Decks, Porches, Garage, Driveway, Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical. Thermal Imaging (Infrared Camera) is included in all inspections. We inspect all major components of the home from the exterior to the interior.
Same Day PDF Inspection Report - you can view the report from anywhere using a laptop, tablet or smartphone. The report includes colour photos of the defects, thermal imaging pictures, colour illustrations and recommendations.
The Latest Home Inspection Technology - we use the latest non-invasive technology, tools and instruments, including Thermal Imaging, Moisture Meter, Carbon Monoxide Detector, Air Flow and Temperature Meter, Electrical Tester, Receptacle Tester and other tools.

Detached/Semi-Detached Home under 2000 sq ft $399 +HST
Add $30 for every additional 1-500 sq ft
Duplex or house 1950 and older add $50
Additional fees apply if the home is located out of our service range
* Please Note, if a home is larger than the square footage agreed upon, the price of the inspection will be adjusted accordingly at the time of the inspection. Square footage is determined by the total amount of living space.
